Fishing Report through June 8th
What a welcome site, HEAT!!! Come on heat, come on 90+ degrees!!! With Summer fast approaching the fish have started to group up and have started to move deeper.
This is the time of year to use your electronics and cover lots of water until you find a good group of fish. Drop Shots, Spotsticker Jigheads and Crawlers, and Finesse Jigs will all work. I like to focus on depths from 15-25ft until the water stays over 80 for a while, then I'll move a bit deeper. The fish are relating to the depth zone more than structure or cover so don't worry about where, just fish this depth and you'll run across em.
