Another good trip on the water with great company.  I fished w/ Steve, his dad, and son Christian.  We boated a good number of big Spotted Bass today along with a BIG Carters Lake Striper

Craig Ellison took his dad Wendell and son Conner on a special Christmas fishing trip.  These guys put a whoopin on the Spotted Bass 

Fishing has been good this week!  It's been a crazy week on the pond to say the least w/ numerous big fish including this GIANT

Fishing is improving daily it seems.  This is a great time to target very large trophy Spots.  This is my favorite time of year.  Just last week there were 3 Spots over 6lbs in my boat!!!  That is unheard of!  Get out of the house and charter CLGS soon and experience this great bite! 

Fishing has been up and down, mostly up but when it's tough it's really tough.  Bigger fish have been caught on fish head spins, jerkbaits, spot stickers for the most part and we are starting to see signs of float n fly coming to life. 

Well the weather is finally cooling off and the lake is back to full pool for the first time since early summer.  Although we are still 4-5 degrees (water temps) above our usual December water temps so that has things a bit behind in my opinion.
